Baileys Harbor is an unincorporated community in the Town of Baileys Harbor, Door County Wisconsin. Baileys Harbor was the named after Captain Justice Bailey found shelter in the harbor during a storm on Lake Michigan in 1848. Baileys Harbor was the first established community on the Door Peninsula.
